1. Instructions for the Use of Coach Assistant

Step 1: Selecting the Competition

  1. Select the competition for which you want to use the Coach Assistant module.
  2. Once you select a competition, Coach Assistant will automatically detect the type of competition.
    The module supports the following competition types:
    • Country Competition
    • Club Competition
    • School Competition
    • Regional Competition

Step 2: Adjusting Settings

At the top of the settings panel, you'll see an option: Use settings from server.

  • If you want to manually select settings, uncheck this option.
  • A list of all available settings will appear, allowing you to customize the module based on your needs.

Important Notice:

The Coach Assistant displays all logos (clubs, schools, regions, and countries) if they are stored in either admin.judomanager.com or admin.judobase.org.
If a logo is not available, the module will display only the name without the logo.


Based on the selected competition type, the label of the Search button will automatically change to match the competition type. Below are the corresponding labels: Competition Level:
    • Country Competition


    • Club Competition


    • School Competition


    • Regional Competition


  1. Country Settings:

    • Show Country Name
    • Show Country Flag

  2. Logos Settings:

    • Show Club Logo
    • Show School Logo
    • Show Region Logo

  3. Names Settings:

    • Show Club Name
    • Show School Name
    • Show Region Name
  4. Viewing Competitor Schedules by Country,...

    If you want to see when competitors from your country are scheduled for their contests:

    1. Click the Choose Your Country button.
    2. Select your country from the list. (Depending on the selected competition type) 



    3. The Coach Assistant will display a schedule highlighting the contests of competitors from the chosen country.



    4. Once a country is selected, two new buttons will appear for further navigation:

      1. Change Country:

        • Click this button to display the list of countries again, allowing you to select a different country.

      2. Back to All Countries:

        • Click this button to return to the full list of contests across all tatamis, regardless of the selected country.

      These options provide flexibility, enabling you to easily switch between viewing contests by country or all contests on all tatamis.
