Merge duplicate persons

In some cases, the same person may be entered into the system more than once – for example, with a slightly different name or associated club. To keep the database clean and consistent, you can merge duplicate persons easily.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Merge duplicate persons

1. Go to Register → Persons from the side menu.

2. Use the filters above the table to find the correct person:

1. You can filter by country, club, name, and activity status (active, inactive, or all).
   

3. Once you find the correct person, click either the name or the ✏️ edit icon next to it.

4. When the person details open, switch to the "Extra" tab.

5. Scroll to the Duplicates section at the bottom of the page.

6. In the search bar, type the name of the duplicate person you want to merge into this one.

7. When the correct match appears, click the green Merge button.

8. ✅ All registrations, belts, licenses, and data from the duplicate will be transferred to the selected person.

Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Only proceed if you are sure.
