🧭 Navigation Panel Overview

After logging in, you’ll see the side navigation panel on the left, which gives you access to all key sections of the admin system.
Here is a breakdown of each main menu group:

Used to manage all fundamental data in the system.
Includes:

- Organisations – federations and other parent entities 
- Regions – regional groupings or areas
- Clubs – judo clubs
- Schools – optionally linked educational institutions
- Persons – all individuals in the database
- Health care – health status and doctor validations
- Users – admin users of the system
- Registrations – license/role registrations (e.g. coach, athlete)
- Club registrations – membership or participation tracking
- Functions – user roles and access
- Enforcement – disciplinary actions
- Cards – ID and license cards

Contains utilities and administrative tools.
Includes:

- Guest requests – manage guest access
- Messaging – internal communication
- Import / Export data – bulk updates
- Reported errors – error logs
- Compute cup – calculates team standings
- Software – application downloads
- Duplicates – merge or resolve duplicate records
- Competitions overview – list of all competitions
- Registration periods – active license windows
- Statistics – reporting and analytics

At the top of the sidebar, you can:

- See your logged-in email
- Check your role (e.g. Super Administrator)
- Click Manage your account to update your details or change password
