After logging in, youโ€™ll see the side navigation panel on the left, which gives you access to all key sections of the admin system.
Here is a breakdown of each main menu group:

Used to manage all fundamental data in the system.
Includes:

- Organisations โ€“ federations and other parent entities 
- Regions โ€“ regional groupings or areas
- Clubs โ€“ judo clubs
- Schools โ€“ optionally linked educational institutions
- Persons โ€“ all individuals in the database
- Health care โ€“ health status and doctor validations
- Users โ€“ admin users of the system
- Registrations โ€“ license/role registrations (e.g. coach, athlete)
- Club registrations โ€“ membership or participation tracking
- Functions โ€“ user roles and access
- Enforcement โ€“ disciplinary actions
- Cards โ€“ ID and license cards

Contains utilities and administrative tools.
Includes:

- Guest requests โ€“ manage guest access
- Messaging โ€“ internal communication
- Import / Export data โ€“ bulk updates
- Reported errors โ€“ error logs

- Duplicates โ€“ merge or resolve duplicate records

๐Ÿ‘ค Logged-in User Section

At the top of the sidebar, you can:

- See your logged-in email
- Check your role (e.g. Super Administrator)
- Click Manage your account to update your details or change password
