Referees menu

Referees menu

The Referees menu allows you to add or remove referees, assign them to different tatamis and change the way referee draw is done.

You can Add and Remove referees with icons in the command group "Referees". You can also add new referees with the "New Person" option.

In "Print" command group you can print or export the referee list by clicking on the icon Referee list. You can also print or export referee accreditation by selecting referees and pressing the Accreditations button.

"No" column allows you to add custom numbers to referees. By these numbers, they will be identified on the contest order view.

"Mat" column assigns each referee to a specific mat (tatami).

You can enter the numbers into the list or  you can double click on a referee name and edit the data in the pop up window.

Referee configuration
Auto draw referees option will distribute referees to new contests, respecting referee avoidance type settings. The algorithm also tries to evenly distribute referees, so each referee has the same number of fights as the main referee and the side referee. You can choose avoidance type between:
  1. State
  2. Region
  3. Club
  4. School
In some cases it can happen that ceratin referee is not alowed to referee certain contests because of special circumstances. For example his child can compete for different club and not the one the referee is registerd in. Consequently he may be banned from refereeing contests involving competitors from this club. You can edit the referees data so he is blacklisted for this club. This blacklist will only apply to the referee you have edited.
