Register competitors (Club Access)
🧾 How to register a competitor for a competition
This guide explains how club representatives or coaches can register competitors from their own club for a specific competition.
ℹ️ With Club Access, you can register only the athletes who are assigned to your club.
For other roles (e.g., coaches, delegates), use Delegation Registration. For full national registrations, use Country Access.

✅ Step-by-step instructions
🏁 Go to registration page:
- In the main menu, select Competitions → Register Competitors.
📅 Select the Competition:
- Find the competition you want to register for.
- You can use the "All countries" dropdown to filter competitions by country.
- Click on the name of the competition
👤 Register a competitor:
- On the left side (under Unregistered competitiors), locate the person you want to register.
- Use the category dropdown to select the correct weight class.
- Click the green ➕ (plus) icon to add the competitor.
- The competitor will be moved to the Registered competitors list on the right.
🖨️ Print the registration list (optional):
- Click the "Print" → PDF button to generate a printable version of the registered competitors list.
