JudoManager Desktop is a simple, connected, and powerful desktop application for managing judo tournaments—end to end. It runs locally (even without internet) for maximum stability in the venue, and it’s tightly integrated with a cloud database administered via JudoManager Admin.
How it connects
A bidirectional API keeps Desktop and the cloud in sync. Changes made on Desktop are reflected online and can be managed through JudoManager Admin — ensuring consistent, unified data. For safeguarding data, see the database backup guide.
What it does
Runs the event end to end: registrations, accreditations, weigh-in, draw, groups and schedules, contest order, results, printouts.
Drives venue screens: scoreboards, live results, and other on-site displays.
Publishes online automatically: live results (and streams when enabled) are automatically pushed to portal.judomanager.com.
Handles video workflow: recording and automatic contest cutting via FairReplay, linked to scoreboard events.
Saves and exports data: local database, backups, PDF/Excel outputs.
Built-in services
