Add or Change User Permissions
Use this guide to give a user access to specific modules in JudoManager (e.g., register / countries, competitions / events). Permissions are scoped to an organization (country, region, or club) and use four levels:
- R – Read = view lists and details
- W – Write = add new records
- U – Update = edit existing records
- D – Delete = remove records
Prerequisites
- You have access to register / users and the U – UPDATE permission.
- You know the organization scope (country/club/partner) for which you’ll set permissions.
Steps
In the left menu, open Register → Users.
Find the user in the list and click the
pencil (Edit) icon.

In the User access panel (right side), select the organization/scope (e.g., Country or Club).
Click the
key (Permissions) icon next to that scope.

In
Access permissions, tick/untick the needed permissions for each module (
R/W/U/D).

Click Save.
Notes
- Permissions apply only within the selected scope.
- U does not automatically include W or D; assign each separately.
- If you don’t see the pencil or key icons, ask an admin to grant you register / users — R/U.
