Clubs & Schools

The Clubs and Schools sections allow you to manage organizations that are active within your federation – such as judo clubs and partner schools. Both sections share the same layout and functionality.


🏛️ Clubs

To access the list of clubs:

  1. Go to Register → Clubs
  2. The system displays a paginated list of clubs.
  3. By default, 10 clubs are shown per page. You can change this to 25, 50, or 100 entries using the dropdown menu.
  4. You can filter the list by country or search for a specific club using the search bar.


✏️ Edit an existing club

  1. Locate the club in the list
  2. Click the ✏️Edit icon 
  3. Update club data such as:
    1. Title / Official title - Name of the club (Short and full)
    2. International Title - If the club name is different in English
    3. Tax number / Identification number - Optional, for administrative purposes
    4. Location – General description or venue (e.g. sports center)
    5. Street / No. – Street address
    6. City / Postal – City name and ZIP code
    7. Country – Automatically selected
    8. Region / Province

🖼️ Club Logo

You can upload a logo or image representing the club
  1. Drag & drop the file, or click to browse
  2. Supported formats: .png, .jpg, etc

🚨 Duplicates (advanced)

If this club is a duplicate, you can enter the ID of the correct (master) club here. ⚠️ Warning: This action is irreversible and should only be performed if you're absolutely sure!

📇 Contacts

You can assign contact details:

  1. Click the Add button in the Contacts section
  2. Define the type (Email, Phone...)
  3. Enter the contact info and optionally the contact person

➕ Add a new club

  1. Click the New Club button (top-right corner)
  2. Fill in the form with relevant data
  3. Select the correct country, region, and province
  4. Add any optional data (contact, address, logo)
  5. Click Save


🏫 Schools

To access the list of schools:
Go to Register → Schools

  1. The interface is identical to the Clubs section
  2. By default, it shows 10 schools per page
  3. You can filter, search, and navigate in the same way


✏️ Edit an existing school

  1. Click the ✏️ Edit icon next to the school
  2. Update details such as:
  1. Title / official title
  2. Country
  3. Region / province
  4. Contact person / Email / Website
Click Save.

➕ Add a new school

  1. Click the New School button (top-right corner)
  2. Enter the required data
  3. Assign it to a country, region, and province
  4. Click Save


🔗 Related article

If you notice that the same club appears more than once in the system, you can easily merge it with the correct one.
