🩺 Health Care

The Health Care section is used to track whether a person (usually an athlete) has a valid or expired medical certificate.

When you open the Health Care view, you will see:

🔍 Filters & Search

At the top of the screen, you can filter and search by:

1. Country
   
2. Club
   
3. Athlete’s name
   
4. Medical validity (valid / invalid)
   
5. This helps you quickly find individuals whose certificates need to be updated.
   

📋 Medical Certificate List

Below the filter bar is a list of persons. For each person, you will see:

1. Name and surname
   
2. Club
   
3. Validity period (From – To)
   
4. Validity status (green = valid, red = invalid)
   

➕ How to Add or Update a Certificate

1. Tick the checkbox next to the person’s name to select them.
   

1. On the right side, under Set health certificates, enter:
   
2. Date from (start of certificate validity)
   
3. Date to (end of certificate validity)
   

🔁 Synced to Person's Profile

The entered medical certificate period is automatically shown in the Extra tab of the person's profile, under the Health Insurance section. This makes it easy to view health-related information in one place when working with an individual person record.
