Understanding the Activity Log
Activity Log: Overview
The Activity Log is a window that displays user activity, providing a clear trail of actions performed within the system. This log ensures traceability and accountability by recording all key operations and changes.
Note: The data in the Activity Log is read-only and cannot be edited. Its sole purpose is to provide a transparent view of the recorded actions.
How to Access the Activity Log
- Open the JudoManager Desktop Application.
- Navigate to the Data tab in the top menu.
- Click the Audit Trail button to open the Activity Log window.
Recorded Activities
The following operations are currently logged in the Activity Log:
Deleting Registrations
- Tracks when a registration is removed from the system.
Draw Operations
- Performing a draw.
- Deleting or undoing a draw.
Manual Changes to the Draw
- Adding a competitor to the draw manually.
- Removing a competitor from the draw.
- Recording a decision fight draw.
Winner Adjustments
- Manually setting a winner.
- Removing a manually set winner.
